Anti-Monopolism
The Anti-Monopoly Party, founded in the late 19th century, sought to challenge the growing power of monopolies and large corporations, advocating for economic reforms to protect small businesses and farmers. It was part of a broader populist movement, opposing the concentration of wealth and supporting labor rights. Although it had some regional success, the party eventually merged with other populist organizations as its influence waned.
